every day.
Gail understands the importance of supporting sustainable practices
and working with small family farms. That's why she starts with single origin
cacao purchased from small producers around the world to produce her
gourmet dark chocolates.
Each chocolate brings a unique flavor profile created by its growing environment, or
terroir. Single origin chocolates are tasted, compared, and savored like fine wine.
