I wanted to let you know what a huge success your chocolates were at my Bat Mitzvah. They absolutely MADE the dessert table. Everyone was raving about them and kept going back for more. Thank you so much for the special box of caramels you put together for me in January. Both the chocolate-covered and the naked caramels were big birthday hits for my partner Diane. Both of us feel these are the best caramels we've had since Paris. The touch of fleur de sel, the texture and the flavor of the caramels is just right and the chocolate is heavenly. Diane shared her birthday caramels with friends and people thought the chocolate-covered ones were wonderful, but also thought you should sell the naked caramels too. I just wanted drop you a note to let you know how grateful I am to be able to try each and every one of your delightful chocolates!
